About the Vitality & Stress Module:

This course is an amazing opportunity to look closely at how we react to, cope with and master stress in our lives. Over the six days of yoga, meditation and group discussion, we will identify our stress personality and build our core vitality, mental endurance and spiritual clarity. We will explore consciousness as a primary tool in building vitality and better understand the effects and downsides of too much stress. Then we will identify strategies to cope with stress and mitigate its ill effects. 

This module focuses on developing the core skill for change of the Age - the ability to recognize stress in ourselves and others, and to develop the tools to transform it and balance it with conscious relaxation.

Topics include:

  • Explore Your Vitality and Recognize Consciousness as the Core of Vitality

  • Identify Your Stress

  • Heal Depression and Emotional Fatigue

  • Relieve, Relax, Recharge through Meditation and Kriyas

This Level 2 course will help you:

  • Learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress in yourself and others

  • Understand and compare the qualities of vitality, stress and relaxation

  • Profile your stress personality

  • Explore what your stress burden actually is

  • Realize the nature and origin of your basic elementary stress

  • Learn meditation tools to help you excel during the change of the Age

  • Enhance your vitality and rid your body and mind of the effects of stress through kriyas and meditations

We will also explore and discover the answers to these questions:

  • What is a positive and negative emotion?

  • What is the difference between an emotion and a commotion?

  • Can we call on positive emotions to handle stress better?

  • What characteristics and attitudes protect us from the effects of stress?

  • How does our personality and subconscious react in dysfunctional ways when?

  • Why are we stressed?

Sada Sat Kaur and Siri Ram Kaur will guide you to develop the tools to support an intentional life and to gain mastery of every cycle of life.

Upon completion of this training, you will be well versed in the conversation of stress so you can lead yourself and others toward inner vitality, mental endurance and spiritual reality.

All the information is presented in highly interactive learning environments. You will explore topics and discuss them with other students in both small and large groups. You will have the opportunity to practice meditations deeply over an extended time.

You will test and observe the application of these techniques and attitudes in your life.

About the Trainers:

Sada Sat Kaur began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 1970 and also studied Naad Yoga (the Yoga of Sound) directly with Yoga Bhajan. She is known the world over through her teaching, and her CDs Angels’ Waltz, Shashara, and Mantra Masala. Sada Sat Kaur travels worldwide to bring the power and transformative energy of chanting and Kundalini Yoga to people everywhere. She is also a homeopath and holistic practitioner. The Yoga Borgo, her ashram home in Umbria, Italy, is the realization of the dream of Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh: to create a welcoming, sacred, heart-centered place for seekers and practitioners on the spiritual path.

Siri Ram Kaur Khalsa (Italy) began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 1991, studying directly with Yogi Bhajan for many years. She is a Lead Trainer of KRI Level 1 and Level 2 courses, in addition to being a lead trainer in "Conscious Pregnancy" programs. Siri Ram Kaur has pursued other disciplines related to Kundalini Yoga for over 20 years. She has studied Sat Nam Rasayan with Guru Dev Singh since 1993. Meeting Bhai Baldeep Singh in 1996 encouraged her to start a deep practice of Naad Yoga and Gurbani Kirtan. Siri Ram Kaur also creates beautiful malas with a healing approach, personalized on the basis of numerology. Siri Ram lives near Perugia, Italy with her husband and two daughters.

Jai Kartar Kaur Mohan has been practicing Kundalini Yoga more than a quarter of a century. She is a KRI Level 1 Lead Trainer. Her abilities as Sat Nam Rasayan (yogic healing) practitioner and a Yogic Numerologist give her great insight in serving others. A deep desire for a Kundalini Yoga community in Ireland inspired her to help establish the first Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course in Ireland. She founded the Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association of Ireland in 2005. She is the founder and event coordinator of the Irish Kundalini Yoga Gathering which takes place annually on October bank holiday weekend.
