This Teacher Training Program is for everyone, whether you would like to become a certified teacher or just wish to deepen your personal experience of Kundalini Yoga. This course gives you a lifelong foundation for a successful yoga practice. The certification program provides the tools and comprehensive training to learn both the theory and techniques of Kundalini Yoga. You will gain the knowledge and self-confidence to make a difference in yourself and the world around you. You'll study and practice yoga while still being able to maintain your work schedule and activities.

The program includes a one year Associate membership in the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association of Ireland (KYTAI). The KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) program also meets the standards for the 220 hour Yoga Teacher Certification set by the Yoga Alliance, an international alliance of diverse yoga organizations.

Jai Kartar Kaur and Guru Sahai Kaur are Irish based Kundalini Yoga Teachers. They have been active participants in establishing a Kundalini Yoga community in Ireland. Fine tune your growth and gain a sense of excellence as a Teacher of Kundalini Yoga through their wisdom and loving guidance.

A unique benefit of the training program is the opportunity to immerse yourself in the yogic lifestyle through the experience of ashram living.

The Dublin course offers two residential long weekend modules. The other modules are nonresidential.

The Westport program offers an immersive experience with one residential week.

You will learn about yogic diet and cooking and will also learn more about yourself through the becoming an integral part of a yogic community. Friendships that last a lifetime often blossom through this shared experience. The support of others is a precious tool as you progress on your yogic journey.

Teacher Trainers:

Jai Kartar Kaur Mohan is a native Californian who moved to Ireland in 2002. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for more than a quarter of a century. She is dedicated to teaching yoga and enjoys teaching in both one to one and group capacities. Her experience encompasses teaching beginners and experienced practitioners, working with people overcoming addiction and helping her students deal with stress, anxiety and depression.

Her abilites as Sat Nam Rasayan Yogic Healing practitioner and a Yogic Numerologist give her great insight in serving others.

Jai Kartar Kaur opened the first Kundalini Yoga Centre in Ireland, the Well Within Yoga and Wellness Centre in Cork city, where she taught for many years. The Well Within has since relocated to Termonfeckin, Co. Louth.

Her desire for a Kundalini Yoga community in Ireland inspired her to help establish the first Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course in Ireland. She founded the Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association of Ireland in 2005 and has been an active commitee member ever since. Jai Kartar Kaur is presently the association's Events Coordinator.

Guru Sahai Kaur Moran has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. She became a serious student of Kundalini Yoga after she recognised the internal balance and peace she experienced through her first Kundalini Yoga class.This led to her passion for Kundalini Yoga and guided her to become a teacher then a teacher trainer.

Guru Sahai Kaur teaches within community groups and specialised classes such as Cancer support services and local limited mobility groups. She enjoys sharing this yogic technology that empowers the individual in any life circumstance or challenge. She is co founder of Flourish Centre Westport and teaches classes, workshops, and Conscious Pregnancy Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Cancer Conscious Yoga and is a Self Worth Process Facilitator (utilizing Kundalini Yoga to overcome self worth issues). She is a Sat Nam Rasayan Yogic Healing  practitioner. Her 20 year background as a Complementary Therapist started with becoming a Reflexologist and includes Upledger CranioSacral Therapy , she is also involved with the Upledger Ireland training school. This all compliments her yogic expertise. She is a committee member for Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association of Ireland (KYTAI).
